You may use this form to report:
- a cancellation of your order (within 24 hours)
- a change of delivery address (PayPal defaults to the card address)
- a duplicate order, or payment
You can also use this form to report missing orders.
Please be patient. We endeavour to dispatch orders on the second working day after receipt of your order. The Society is staffed by volunteers and this can take longer.
NB. Please note that through a remote link the society is able to send PDF’s attached to an e-mail, should the customer require a hard copy, then this can be arranged to be expedited once the situation returns to normal.
